Completing the Architectural Review Request Form is Mandatory.

The Livingston Architectural Control Committee (ACC) represents all homeowners to ensure that the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs) and agreed standards are preserved. These standards have the purpose of enhancing the value and attractiveness of our homes and investments.

Are You Planning to Make Any Changes to Your House Exterior or Yard?

Virtually all changes to the exterior of your home and/or yard require review by the ACC. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Roof replacement
  • Exterior paint colors, including fences
  • Window, entrance door and/or garage door replacement
  • Landscaping
  • Retaining walls
  • Fences (new and/or replacement)
  • Garden sheds, greenhouses
  • Playground equipment, hot tubs/spas
  • Paving (pavers, walkways, driveways, patios)
  • Decks
  • Additions

You will need to complete the review form so these changes can be reviewed by the ACC. The Architectural Control Committee Review Request Form is simple to complete and provides documentation of proposed changes. There is no fee for submittal or ACC review.

Need help? If you need help completing this form or have any questions, send us an email at info@LivingstonHomeownersAssociation.com.

Did you already make changes without ACC approval? You still need to complete the form. Again, this process is not voluntary. The CCRs require the ACC to review such changes for approval based upon the compliance with CCR standards.

What will the ACC approve? Here is an outline of acceptable materials and designs to serve as a general guide for your project prior to your submittal of the review request form.
