You MUST SUBMIT AN ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE REVIEW REQUEST FORM before painting any color(s) of your home, regardless of whether you are re-painting the existing color(s) or changing to different colors.
The color combinations shown below have been pre-approved by the Architectural Control Committee. If you choose any of these combinations, you still need to submit for approval. Please note that the color combinations shown belong are on-screen representations and therefore are not intended for accuracy. Please obtain actual color chips before you finalize your selection(s).
You are not limited to the combinations shown below, and you may therefore make other selections for approval.
Submittal of color(s) require actual paint color chips from the paint manufacturer. Print-outs or photocopies are not acceptable, unless you are selecting the pre-approved colors.
Please note that cedar fences are not to be painted with opaque house paint, but may be protected with exterior penetrating semi-transparent stain. A pre-approved color and product is shown below.
