Welcome to the Livingston Homeowners’ Association of Sammamish, WA. This subdivision consists of 88 homes designed and built by William E. Buchan, Inc., featuring classic styling, craftsmanship and quality materials. Livingston continues to be a sought after neighborhood within the city of Sammamish.
The mission of the Livingston Homeowners’ Association is to continue the legacy through the administration of the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs) established by William E. Buchan, Inc. Our efforts include maintaining strong curb appeal throughout the neighborhood, adherence to the CCRs, and reliance on the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) to help maintain the architectural integrity. The Livingston Homeowners’ Association also is a resource for homeowners to connect, participate and learn how to maintain their homes and the curb appeal. And, from time to time, the Livingston Homeowners’ Association enjoys organizing social events for all homeowners.
The Livingston Homeowners’ Association is a volunteer organization. As such, we encourage homeowners to participate and connect with fellow volunteers and extended neighbors.
